Simone Oscoff Devenny provides counseling-based estate planning solutions to individuals and families throughout Orange and Los Angeles counties. She is an active member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a nationwide collaboration of trusts and estates attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals, ensuring that the latest strategies and techniques are always available to her clients. In addition to designing living trusts, she also counsels clients on the formation of business entities, charitable trusts, pet trusts, irrevocable trusts, and other advanced planning solutions. She is a frequent guest lecturer on estate planning topics. |

After earning a B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School, Simone began her career as a financial services tax attorney with Deloitte and Touche in New York, NY in 1998.
She is admitted to practice in California, New York, and New Jersey, and is a member of the Trusts and Estates Sections of the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association. She speaks Italian, French, and Spanish.
Simone resides in San Juan Capistrano with her husband John, sons Jack and Rex, and miniature Dachshund, Lola. She enjoys volunteering her time to various charitable organizations, including the Mission Hospital Auxiliary and the African Child Foundation.
